Help Me Run to Save Lives! In 2025, I’ll be taking on the ultimate human race — the Comrades Marathon — not just for the challenge, but for a cause close to my heart. I’m running to support HACT’s Othandweni Hospice and Palliative Care Unit, a sanctuary for children and adults facing the advanced stages of cancer and AIDS. As many as 15 hospices across the country have recently closed or downsized — making it more urgent than ever to protect the care and dignity Othandweni provides. This isn’t just a hospice — it’s a beacon of hope, comfort, and compassion. But it can’t survive without our support. Every step I run is for someone fighting for their life.
