After falling pray to a dare while doing a headstand in the pub at a golf club in 2011, I have managed to muddle my way through 10 Comrades and am doing my 10 + 1 run in 2025. I am a strong believer in giving back and that individual efforts, however small, will collectively have a massive impact for many who are so desperately in need of a hand up to rewrite their history!
