Personal Message:

As someone who has recently experienced loss of a close family member (a nephew) due to Cancer related illness, this hits very close to home! It would mean so much to me to race in his honour and every other little champion alive or departed! I've had 1st hand experience of what this illness can do to the affected child and the family as a whole. To be honest the loss of the little champion propelled to take to the road whenever I felt overwhelmed! It would be right that I do this for those that are still battling the illness and their families! See you on race day Langelihle Buthelezi
