I first heard about Comrades 33 years ago, at a half marathon event in Lusaka. Eventually the stars have aligned and I can participate this year. I can't wait! As a father and grandfather, I want to run in support of Childline. Their vision is to develop a society free of child abuse in which every person takes responsibility for promoting the protection rights of all children.
