Friends, running the Comrades Marathon is a privilege. Completing my first Up run in 2024 was a life changing experience, and I'm very grateful to be taking part in this iconic race and historic part of South Africa's heritage again at the Down run in 2025. With this in mind, there are many who dream of running Comrades that are not able to because of their health. To honour them and assist those who could one day overcome their health challenges and line up at the start, I am running again on behalf of the children supported by CHOC.
