Personal Message:

I am just an average "social runner" as we are called. No talent. No athletic performances during school years. I run because I have breath in my lungs! I am thankful for health and want to leave a legacy. I want my life to count. My daughter was born with a rare syndrome. While she was in ICU for 10days I got to meet so many parents with children with rare diseases. One of the most scary things about a rare disease is the possibility of childhood cancer that can develop. You live with a constant cloud over your head. Every year my daughter must go for scans, every year the possibility of cancer is on the table. For so many it is already their daily battle. All of this made me realize how many children and parents actually have to deal with the reality of cancer. I want to use my health and the privilege of running for a bigger cause than just myself. I want every step to count for someone else. Please support me therefor in raising money for children who are not that privileged to run and play.
