Personal Message:

My name is Alfred Motaung. A member of Germiston Callies Harriers. I'm a master aged 55 years. I ran my first Comrades in 2002 and obtained a bronze medal. As I get used to running and gaining experience I obtained more Bill Rowan medals. My best time in Comrades marathon is 7:38 mins. I'm a member of green number club with 16 Comrades and going for my 17th Comrades. I started raising funds for Charity with Pinkdrive which was a success. This year will be my 2nd year raising funds for Choc. I'm planning to raise more than R7000 for Choc.
