Personal Message:

Every child deserves to feel safe and loved. My mother died when I was young and the effect of the trauma I experienced is still visible in my life. I suffer from depression and I want people to know that it's not a feeling that has to control their lives. By running for this Charity I am able to help those who need help and even those who don't know that they need help. I love running and it is a passion of mine. By running for this Charity I get to do what I love while paying it forward.
