Hello my name is Sharon Banche. I am running my back to back Comrades 2024. I have chosen HACT as my charity to raise funds for their Othandweni Palliative care In Patient unit. HACTs unit serves both advance AIDS and Cancer patients. With 14 hospices in our region having closed their doors HACT is under extreme pressure to keep their doors open. Please help me help this incredible organisation to continue to serve those most vulnerable.
