Personal Message:

In a world full of negativity, stress and never-ending juggle of work, running clears my mind and help me stay positive. Life is all about choices and what better way to use my favourite hobby to make a difference in someone’s life. It is my religious believe that giving is what gives us a purpose and meaning in life. This opportunity is just what I need to fulfil my moral, social, cultural, and even political motivation; making the best of the talent I have been given to pay it forward. I am only one person, but with the help of a charity workforce like CHOC, like-minded people can make a huge difference in the lives of many.
