Over the last 6 year, i ave watched you transform ito a woman who started her first Park Run grumbling, you couldn't run 1km never mind 5km straight, the bug bit and each parkrun you got stronger. You have lost over 30kg and kept it off. You should write a motivation book. I laugh at your story it not an under active thyroid but an over active fork. 🤣 .
