Personal Message:

I am running my 20th Comrades Ultra Marathon on 9 June 2024. Once a 'cow', always a 'cow' I can't resist being part of CHOC, Children's Cancer Foundation, again as I want to make people aware of children's cancer and I want to make a difference in the lives of the children with cancer by raising money for them. I realize it is a privilege to be healthy. I am appealing to all my friends and family to help me reach a minimal target of R6000,00, no matter how small or large. Every cent will make a difference.
