Personal Message:

I am doing my 6th Comrades this year and as an athlete one tends to always have an excuse or niggle why you can't achieve your own goals, but one forgets that it is such a Blessing that one can still walk, run and enjoy life to the fullest and forget that their are others and children than can't do what I can do, therefore want to make a difference in someone's life that they can also achieve their own dreams and goals one day.
